I just made these and they turned out great! The only thing I changed was that I stopped at 3 teaspoons of salt because five seemed a little much, and I put in more jalapenos because the ones I had weren't very strong. I also didn't have cumin, so I added chili pepper instead. Fantastic!

Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were great; I made them for a church function and they were the only ones completely gone! The only things I changed was that I used Instant custard instead of vanilla pudding, only used one stick of butter. and, since I didn't have chocolate chips, I broke up raspberry-filled Ghirardelli squares and put them in there. I wasn't sure about all these changes, but they were still amazing!

Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

Wonderful! I used vanilla soy milk for less fat and sodium, and didn't have any fresh blueberries, so I put in some cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. I don't really like maple syrup too much, so finding a pancake that I can eat without syrup is important. These did it! I bet you can even add some juice of berries, orange, or other fruit instead of adding more milk to sweeten it more; I'm doing that next time. Love it!

Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies

I didn't even get to try these because they were gone before I could!! But I'm guessing they were a five because they were a HUGE hit with everyone I made them for; I was told that there was practically a riot over them amongst the guys. This was about three months ago, and just today my friend mentioned them again and asked me to make them.

Great recipe!! I like to play with recipes and see if I can make them healthier, and this is what I did for this one: I used 1/3 cup of pureed apple pear that I had (I didn't have any applesauce) in place of the oil, I used whole wheat flour and used a little more baking powder to help it rise because of that. I also used 3/4 cup of sugar instead of 1 cup and upped the cinnamon to 1 tablespoon just because I like cinnamon! Thank you so much for posting!!

Southwestern Egg Rolls

I used spring roll wrappers instead of flour tortillas and baked them instead of fried them. They were fantastic and easy!!

Banana Milk Drink

I have a bunch of milk that are going to expire in the refrigerator and some really ripe bananas, so I was trying to find something to use both of these ingredients up. This didn't sound all that exciting, but it was so good!!!! And easy, best of all. I think adding ice might make a wonderful milkshake. I didn't have vanilla extract, so I used maple syrup instead and only did 1/2 a teaspoon of sugar.
