For those of you who do not like pumpkin pie, try this! I took this to a carry-in and i had to make so many copies of this recipe it wasnt funny.
You will not have any of this salad left when you make it!!! I cut the strawberries in quarters, which covered the top more, other than that it was GREAT!!!

Great Recipe! Made this for the 4th of July and got Rave reviews! The only problem I noticed was that the garbanzo beans were kind of hard after the baking time. I will definately make again might stove cook the beans first.
ABSOLUTLY WONDERFUL... This cheeseball is the only one I will take to a carry in. I always get rave reviews about it, and there is NEVER any left. When i make it my husband BEGS me to leave him a big scoop of it!!
