Wow! This was fabulous! I halved the cream since you just need enough to coat the linguine and doubled the cajun seasoning..since we like it spicy! Restaurant quality! I will be making this often!
These are great! I sprinkled fresh chives on mine before popping in the oven. I don't think that I will ever want plain old mashed potatoes again!
I used the marinade for grilled steak (rather then skewers) and it was fabulous! I bet this would be a great marinade for pork or chicken too!

I really enjoyed this. Husband wouldn't touch it, but he hates zucchini. Omited the carrots because I don't care for them, and added cheese.
I made some Thai inspired chicken and used this for dipping sauce. It was really good. I can find all kinds of dishes to use this for, just make sure you blend it really well. If you don't want it chunky, use creamy peanut butter instead.
