Made this last night to try something different. It was really good and the coating stayed on really well. I would have cut the Cheez Its and increased the fried onions a bit. I also mixed half mayo and half brown mustard for a little extra flavor. Will definitely make it again!
Awesome! Followed the recipe exactly (had some leftover masa I was looking to use up) and it turned out perfect. Served it with some marinated chicken breasts topped with caramelized onions and avocado...delish!
This was FANTASTIC! It was my first attempt at making gumbo and it turned out wonderful! You can find recipes for the cajun spice mix on this site. I made this to take to a couple that just had a baby and served it with rice and sweet corn cakes. They RAVED over it! Will definitely make again.
This is really good. I made a few adjustments. First, I didn't have cream cheese so I subsituted boursin. I think it gives it a little more flavor and I used more than the amount listed. Second, I also used more crackers to get a thicker coating. All in all, a yummy and easy dinner
Delish! Will definitely make again!
Delicious! I too added some chopped onion, carrots, celery and mushrooms. The gravy that it makes is really yummy and it went well over mashed potatoes.
I thought this was excellent. The saltiness of the nuts offset the sweetness of the sauce and although I didn't have pomegranate syrup, I put some pom juice in a saucepan to reduce with a sprinkle of sugar and it worked great. Will definitely make again and again
Really yummy! I saved the leftover topping for chicken the next night :)
This was good, but all the topping slid off both times I've made it
Great recipe! I used 93% lean ground beef so I was scared it was going to be dry but it was supermoist! I didn't have onion soup mix so I used vegetable and it worked out fine. I took the advice of some other users and made the glaze. I was also cooking for two so I made mini meatloaves and froze the rest of the meatloaf mix. Will definitely make again!
Pretty good. We used red pepper flakes and and powdered ginger and it was yummy. I think next time, we'll reduce the sauce to make it a little thicker and sweeter.
This worked out really well. I omitted the pimento cheese and substituted garlic powder for chili powder. I think next time I'll use a white cheese instead. Kids loved them!
