I loved this recipe for my low carb diet. I made three different kinds with whatever I could find in my fridge and they all turned out well. My husband absolutly loved them and even took them to work for lunch. I froze a bunch because I made a huge batch and they are great to just pop in the microwave.
We loved this recipie! I had a ton of leftover grilled corn from a BBQ and had no idea what to do with it. Luckily I found this recipie and I had everything I needed for it in my fridge! Such an easy go to for dinner parties also. I did add some diced tomatoes and used less butter. So good and creamy!
I love this recipe because people come over and they think that it was very hard work when really it is very simple! I have made this several ways, first using the ingredients listed here and also with whatever sounded good/ I had in my fridge. My favorite variation is with whole green chilies stuffed with cream cheese and then wrapped in the flank steak. Its great in the crockpot with a whole jar of green salsa on top cooked on high for 3-4 hours. Served with the cooked sauce as gravy. Any variation of this is great though!
This was so easy to make and was wonderful. My husband ended having seconds! Would definitly make this for guests. I did add 1 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper and 1 tablespoon of italian bread crumbs for flavor.
I liked the addition of the old bay, I think it set it apart from other pasta salads. The only thing I changed was using regular italian dressing instead of zesty which worked really well!
I thought it was good, just too much cilantro. Would make again though.
This seems like a good base recipe for summer but was kind of bland.
My husband loved this, its a great way to enjoy pilaf, adds tons of flavor!
So good! I only wish I had made more!
I loved this. It was so simple to make but had tons of different flavors. It was a great escape from my usual chili.
A great new way for me to make plain white rice with a little bit more flavor. I did add a little fresh cilantro. Delish.
I made the recipe exactly how it says only I served it hot and my hubby loved it! Can't wait to try it this summer cold!
