I made these yesterday for a barbeque that we had, every single guest told me how great the hamburgers were. I used 3 lbs of ground beef and adjusted the recipe accordingly also had to use seasoned bread crumbs because thats what I had on hand. Definely a keeper! Thanks :)

Wonderful recipe, I have made this several times and eveyone loves it. I doubled it and made it for my bunco group, everyone asked for the recipe before they left. Good with the ground beef but better with Italian Sausage.
My 9 year old son and I made this for a quick dessert. It was delicious. We used 4 cups of rhubarb because we have a abundance that we are trying to use up. Very quick and easy to prepare. Will definetly make again.
