  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease Large Muffin Pan

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg until combined. Set aside.

  • In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugars, vegetable oil, sour cream, and vanilla. Stir in banana.

  • Slowly beat in flower mixture.

  • With a rubber spatula, fold in blueberries.

  • Pour into large muffin tin(s) set aside.

  • For topping***

  • In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 4 tablespoons flour and cinnamon. Cut in 2 tablespoon butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle topping over muffins.

  • Bake 25-30min

  • Let cool for 5 min before removing from the muffin tin.

  • Serve and enjoy!
