This was also my first time cooking quinoa. I am so happy that i tried this recipe!! I have wanted to try quinoa for a while and this recipe is sooooo good I can't wait to eat the leftovers tomorrow! Other reviews said the chile powder was too much, but i used regular chile powder and a full tablespoon and it was delicious! I added some red pepper flakes right before i ate it to add some spice and i think that is all it needed! I highly recommend trying quinoa cooked this way!

I do not know how so many people liked this. It was way too vinegar-y. I found it also to be barely edible... what a waste of some delicious bok choy!

What a cute idea! I use to love to make rice krispies with my mom! Of course now im 26...but I will still make these for mothers day! I'm planning on filling them with something too, maybe tootsie rolls...my mom's favorite!

I thought this recipe was great! I did change it a little though.... omitted the lime, added a bit of chicken stock and added minced fresh garlic. I used all fresh ingredients and this came out wonderful! A nice easy dish for a way too busy person!

Blackened Chicken

I really enjoyed this blackened spice! I had to change a few things... I used black pepper because i don't have white and I used garlic powder instead of onion powder (because i didn't have any onion powder either) I thought the garlic added great flavor! I will definitely make this again!

My BF and I loved these pork kabobs! I marinaded them for about 8hrs and they turned out wonderful! I didn't change much except, I only added the juice of half of a lemon (it was all i had for lemons!) and instead of water i used chicken broth. A nice simple, delicious recipe for the grill!

Quick-Baked Zucchini Chips

These are fantastic! I will definitely make these over and over again! Only thing i did differently was I dredged the zucchini in a little flour before dipping it in the egg. They are great with some dipping sauce as well...marinara or hot sauce is what i tried with them....absolutely delicious! And simple & quick too! I didn't really follow the cooking time, i just checked on them every now and then and took them out when they looked crispy and done! Love this recipe!

Spiced Quinoa

I really enjoyed this recipe! I gave it 5 stars because the spices with the quinoa worked so well! I didn't have pine nuts or raisins or garbanzo beans...so i didn't get a real feel for the recipe. But i followed the spices and realized you can add pretty much anything to this! At the end instead of the three ingredients suggested...i added kidney beans, spinach and some broccoli. It turned out wonderful! This is a very versatile recipe...I will definitely make it again! Oh, and it couldn't have been any easier! Thanks for the recipe!

Parsleyed Rice Pilaf

This is really good and easy! There is a good chance you already have everything to make it. I used chopped red onion instead of dried onion and added it when i added the rice to the water. I also used long grain brown rice, so i had to cook it for 45 min. After it cooked, i added fresh chopped parsley from my garden and it was delicious! I will definitely make this again when i am in need of an easy tasty side dish! Thanks for the recipe!

My dad use to make this recipe all the time with pork chops (yummm!) I was so excited to find this. I made it last night and out of habit i drained and rinsed the beans! I didn't get the creamy texture, but it was still delicious! I sprinkled a little grated parmesean on top (a little extra red pepper flakes, i love spicy) and it was perfect! Thanks for the recipe!

This was really delicious! Instead of blending the marinade i just chopped the jalepenos and garlic put them in a ziploc bag with the other ingredients and marinated the steak over night. After grilling i sliced the steak for fajitas and they were soooo good!! I can't wait to make this again, maybe with chicken next time for more fajitas! Thanks for the recipe!

Homemade Blueberry Pie

Yummmmmmmmm!!! I'm only giving 4 stars bc i had to read a ton of reviews to figure out how much cornstarch and how long to bake. I ended up using 4 1/2 cups blueberries and 5T of cornstarch, 3/4cups raw sugar and baked it on 375 for one hour, it came out perfect! Not rubbery, not runny! Add some vanilla ice cream on the side and it was perfecto! Oh i also made a littice top and covered the edges while baking. I will definitely make this again and again!
