Just made this dish for the second time this morning. It is awesome...my husband and I love it. I used one can of stewed/seasoned tomatoes (oregano, celery, basil) and one can of diced tomatoes (no salt or seasoning added). This provided just the right amount af seasoning for us.
These sprouts are great. My husband and I love them. We make sure to slice them into halves as we are not great fans of the creamy middles. My husband used to throw brussel sprouts in his college lunch room. NO MORE! He just simply asks for MORE on his plate. I did add just a touch of minced garlic. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
