I've cooked this dish five times, and everybody loves it. Thanks for the great idea!
These stuffed mushrooms are great. I made them at Thanksgiving and they were gone very shortly after I sat them on the table. I love spicy foods, so I added some extra cayenne pepper to my mushrooms. They were a big hit.
Mmmmmm, yummy! I've made this dish 4 times and everyone loves it. This last time I used cottage cheese because its a little bit healthier and less expensive than ricotta. We actually liked the cottage cheese better, you just need to drain out a little of the cottage cheese juice before mixing it up. Also I used dried parsley and basil and it still tasted great. Try this dish!!
This was a big hit at my house. I followed the other people's suggestions of using less beans and it was great.
It was pretty good, I used fresh spinach
This sauce was not that great. It called for some pricey ingredients and wasn't worth it. I have many store bought jars of alfredo sauce that tasted better than this. Don't waste your time
My parents and I loved this dish. My boyfriend thought it had a strange taste. If you like anchovies and greek olives then this dish is for you. But if those things taste strange to you, then you probably won't like it to much.
This was great-tasting and easy to make. Luckily, I bought a package of 2 pie shells and ended up using both of them. I got regular nine inch shells and there was not enough room in one for all the ingredients. I will make this again.
This dish was okay, but nothing spectacular. It was easy to make, but a little bland. I used chili with tabasco sauce added, but it still needed a little bit of spice. I think an hour would have burned this dish in my oven. After about 35 minutes this dish was golden brown and bubbling. I'm going to try it again and add some cayenne pepper and garlic or something. Maybe some more vegetables to add a little crunch.
Oh Man, that was THE BEST chicken I've ever cooked! Who ever gave this recipe a poor rating must have done something really wrong. 6 cloves of garlic was perfect, but one egg yolk wasn't enough for me. I cooked 5 pieces of chicken so I mixed 3 egg yolks with 6 cloves and garlic and that was plenty to marinate the chicken. There really wasn't much egg yolk mixture left after marinating overnight so I couldn't get the bread crumbs to stick that well but it was still fabulous! I cut the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in half and still had plenty. I used the whole tablespoon of parsley but I changed up the rest of the spices a little. I used one tablespoon total with a little of all these spices: garlic salt, garlic powder, garlic and herb seasoning, cayenne pepper, red pepper, and ground black pepper. This tasted perfect to me. I think that you can pretty much salt and season this dish according to your own particular taste.
This recipe was excellent. I did change it around a little though. I did not use roma tomatoes. I used pizza sauce, then I put on the chicken and artichokes, then cheese. Last, I sliced some small vine-ripened tomatoes and put them on top, then I sprinkled with basil. I love fresh tomatoes on pizza, but I like mine with sauce also. This was a big hit at my family lunch on Sunday.
This sauce was good, but not exquisite. I let it sit overnight and it turned out pretty good. But this recipe made way too much for a 10 oz pizza. I used this sauce on a 10 oz bobboli pizza crust and thought it seemed like a bit much sauce, but I used it all anyway, and the pizza was soggy. This mixture of spices was okay, but I'm going to keep looking for a better recipe. The thickness was perfect though.
