We love this recipie, over mashed potatoes or pasta, it's a real hit for my 4 and 5 year old. I toss in the apples, and onions and garlic others suggested and a bit of spinich for a bit of green. But this is such a simple recipie, you can do what you want to it the sauce is amazing.

This was soo good! I made a few substitutions though, I used tequila sunrise (a gift I will never drink) and I left out the cheese mostly because I forgot. Served over rice. It was such a nice light meal and I'm sure the orange changed it alot but this will be made many many times

Way too sweet! I tied cutting the apple sauce down and adding warchestershire and less brown sugar. But between the texture and the sweetness this recipe was not for us.

LOVED this, so did my 3 and 4 year old. This tastes as good as the stuff from the best Thai resturant in our city and very close to the stuff from Thiland. I didn't alter the recipie hardly at all The only two changes I made, I had no red pepper flakes so I used a red pepper in it and I only used 1 tablespoon of cornstarch the rest I left alone. I tried to cut back the peanut butter as others had suggested but found that there was too much lime flavor. We will be making this ALOT

Good, I found it a bit bland so I added 2 tablespoons of warchester and a bit of chilli powder to give it some spice. My 4 year old gobbled it up. We had it on buns like sloppy joes
