I make these for special dinners and pot lucks. Makes alot. But they're is never any left to take back home. Everyone LOVES them. No Gravy needed! They're Mmm Goood! I have it listed as feeding 15.

  • 1.Cook peeled potatoes and 8 garlic cloves. Cook 20-25 mins in salted water.

  • 2. Fry bacon. Fry until crispy and easy to crumble. Save 3 tablespoons of the grease.

  • 3. Clean and cut up the green onions. I slice them thin. Saute them in a pan with the three tablespoons of grease. About 4 mins on med. Do not overcook. Just saute until they're soft.

  • 4. Drain potatoes. Return to pan or new bowl. Mash them by hand. You can use mixer, I like them better by hand.

  • 5. Add green onions and bacon. Add remaining ingredients. Mix it all together. ENJOY!
