These came out amazing! I used whole wheat flour and I wanted more lime flavor, so I used the juice and zest of half a lime, added a tsp of vanilla extract and they came out perfect! They are very delicate and I love the texture.
Really delicious, but healthy? No. Great "regular" cookie.
Oh my, this is sooooo good! I've never made homemade pudding before but now I'm glad that I did. Not only is it super easy to make, it tastes a hundred times better than store bought pudding. It was pretty thin when it came off the stove and I was concerned that it wouldn't set, but it got deliciously thick after a few hours in the fridge. I used heaping tablespoons of cocoa powder, so in the end I probably ended up using about 4-5 tbsp and it was very chocolatey. And as long as you keep whisking it the whole time there should not be any lumps.
This is one of my favourite recipes. I've been making it a few times a month for about a year and still am not sick of it! I press the tofu then cut it into cubes and marinate it in some soy sauce and cornstarch, then fry it in a pan until crispy and I swear it tastes like bacon! I add it to the dish in the last few minutes of cooking. I use more than 1 red pepper because I love red peppers so much, I usually use about 3. Also use a high quality coconut milk, it makes a world of difference. When I use a cheaper one it's more watery and less flavourful than a full fat good quality one. I'm so glad I found this recipe and would recommend it to anyone.
