Eveyone loves this. I used Creole Seasoning instead of Italian Seasoning because that's what I had on hand, and it adds a nice kick to it that I think makes it really stand out.
Super fast and easy and wonderfully healthy with a side of brown rice.
Amazing! I used Swiss and Mozzerella instead of Provalone but it was a huge hit. So good!
Really good. I didn't let enough of the 'juice' simmer off when cooking the beef so the dip was a little soupy, but it still tasted amazing. Was a big hit and sooooo easy to put together.
Made this as an emergency side dish when my parents came to town using whatever veggies were in the fridge. Grilled them for 10 min or so and they were wonderful. Every one loved it. I added a tiny amount of crushed red pepper to give it a little kick.
We weren't fans of the cayenne pepper in this recipe. It was just a little too much. The rest of this recipe is great and I'll definitely try it again, without the cayenne. I also substitued tilapia for the scallops since I"m allergic and used an extra can of clams instead of the calimari and didn't drain either of those.

It's not the best salmon burger recipe I've ever made but it's definitely one of the easiest and when I need a quick dinner where everything is in the pantry already, this is a great one.

I only used two tbs of the tahini as recommended in the reviews and I added some cayenne pepper for a little kick. It was so good! I'll never buy premade hummus again!
Easy and really good. I served this at my Christmas Dinner this year and everyone loved it. The cashews added a nice compliment to the broccoli.
