This was delicious!!!! Instead of vegetable oil and bacon, I used EVOO and turkey bacon and it turned out wonderful. This one is a keeper, will be cooking this again!!! UPDATE - - 12/11/11. I made this again last night. I used regular bacon and instead of 2 Tablespoons of water, I had a some chicken broth that needed to be used so I used that instead. Still DELISH!!!! I will continue to use this recipe. Thanks for sharing
This recipe WAS easy and delicious!!!! The hubby and I really enjoyed this one. I took the advice of others and added a bit of mayo and some half-and-half and it turned out great, wasn't dried or anything. I can see myself making this over and over. Thanks for the recipe!!!

I used a 8lb pork shoulder, just because it was on sale. I followed the recipe and it was It was delicious! The next time I will used a pork butt, couldn't pull the pork shoulder meat so I had to mince it.
I am not a baker and this was my very first cake that I made from scratch and it came out very moist and delicious. I took the advice of others to cut some of the oil and substitute it with apple sauce and it worked out great!!!!. I will definitely keep this and will make again.

I made this for dinner last night and it was great. As suggested by one reviewer, I wrapped the chicken in plastic wrap and refrigerated it overnight. The chicken was extremely tender delicious, and moist. I will make again.
I am not much of a pork eater; but these were good, and my family loved these. What a new welcoming change from the way in which I would normally cook pork chops which was fried or bake(but not this way). I seasoned EVERY layer; the pork chops, the flour, and add more seasonings to the bread crumbles. The pork chops came out moist and full of favor. I will definitely do this again.
I love me some broccoli and this dish was great!!! I had this at one of those all-you-can-eat restaurant but theirs did not have the fried onions, but this taste just like it came from the restaurant. The only thing I would do the next time is add more cheese. I will definitely do this again, and this is a keeper.
I had some black walnuts so I decided to give this recipe a try, and……….wow! It came out so moist and tasty. I used the “Classic Vanilla Butter Cream Frosting” (from this site) which was a good combination. I will make this again.
I used this frosting along with the Black Walnut Cake (from this site). The frosting taste great, a bit runny, most likely it was something I did wrong. I have never made icing like this before, but I will make this again. The next time, I will not use as much butter as the recipe states.
I agree with one other reviewer, the bacon didn't give any flavor to the potatoes. Potatoes on the grill are good, but this didn't do it for me.
