Chinese Tomato Tofu Soup
The first soup that I ever mastered, thanks to my dad. This is an incredibly easy and simple soup to make with silken tofu, tomatoes, and ground pork (optional). The best thing is that you can play around with the flavors at the end, and this is how I learned to be more free and willing to let go in terms of cooking with recipes. Take a chance, and you might surprise yourself too!
