I, myself, like more zest and flavor in my cooking, but my family LOVED this meal. I did add some garlic to the hamburger and some cheese on top. My husbands a real meat and potatoes kind of guy and he went on and on about how good this was.

My very picky family LOVED this one! I did cover it and added 1/4 cup water, so that it wasn't too dry. VERY GOOD!!!

My whole family loved this recipe! I didn't have the canned french onion soup, so I used the Lipton onion soup mix and made it with only 2 cups of water instead of 4. It turned out great! I've been looking for a Salisbury Steak recipe and now I've found a great one. Thanks Kelly for submitting it.

OH MY GOSH! This is THE best! I made it for my husband’s birthday and he was beside himself. It looked like a bakery's (no cracks) and the taste was out of this world. I think I used too many graham crackers though. I used 15 of the big rectangle ones and the crust was pretty thick. I would also suggest making it WELL ahead of time. I made it in the morning and by early evening, it hadn't chilled enough. The next day, it was perfect. Thanks for the great recipe Chantal!

I make this recipe often. When company comes, for breakfast or brunch potlucks, on cold and cloudy Saturday mornings... It is a real crowd pleaser!
