These are delicious! They came out really moist with a only a light nice coffee flavor, definitely not too strong as I had feared because I was using espresso. This is a godsend considering I was having a hard time finding a cupcake recipe without shortening that didn't just taste like butter. I didn't use the frosting but a simple buttercream.

I've used this recipe a few time now and it's great. Definitely better than the boxed stuff and so easy to make. It's a lot of butter, but hey, that's what makes it delicious!

This recipe is amazing. Pretty much fool proof, and I would know being a fool. It always comes out moist, creamy and never cracks. The trick of keeping it in the oven after baking is great and always leaves my cheesecake looking picture perfect. Hey, this recipe even comes out perfect with Italian ingredients, meaning no graham crackers (so I use crumbly butter cookies) and no sour cream (so I use something similar but not quite right). I always have to add more butter to the crust for it to stay in the pan well, but I think that has to do with my cookie substitute. Great recipe. Italians and Americans alike love it!

Swedish Apple Pie

Although I haven't used this exact recipe it is almost exactly my Swedish Grandmother's recipe. Although we always used walnuts and 1/2 cup butter/margarine baked for 45 minutes. It definitely doesn't need a crust. It's always moist and depending on your apples can be very sweet or a little tart. I like using Granny Smith for that little extra tart.

Really yummy and moist. Raised nicely. I thought that the topping would stay more separate but it kind of baked into the muffin, which was fine. Definitely delicious!

Anna's Chocolate Chip Cookies

The flavor is delicious! I did lower the amount of choc chips because they looked like enough and lowered the temp a bit. My only complaint was that they came out really flat! I looked around on the internet and I think that my dough was too warm, so I'll try chilling it next time. Delicious!
