This was excellent, especially when used on top of pulled pork. I did replace the celery with water chestnuts, just because I am not a fan of celery. It really gave the slaw a great nuttiness that went really well with the blue cheese
We really enjoyed this and definitely will make it again. I didn't give the recipe 5 starts as I took the advice of other reviewers and toned down the heat. I replaced half of the sriracha with ketchup
I love this potato salad, and so did all of my guests. I took the advice of others and reduce the amount of mustard by 50%. I also used Dijon as I am not a big fan of yellow mustard
Wonderful recipe. I added quinoa for a high protein meal. If going that route, I recommend keeping the amount of oil as cited in the recipe so it is not too dry
