i didnt have pinapple juice so i used orange juice. it wasn't sweet enough so i added a tbl spoon of splenda. even the 1/2 banana made the whole thing taste like banana and it was really stringy like it had a bunch of hair in it. taste was ok but dont think ill make it again.
i eat my fish this way all the time with extra lemon juice on the side. except i use catfish and crappie.
rather mushy, i felt it was rather flavorless. i think next time ill just layer smaller pieces of eggplant and season it up a little. maybe with hambuger seasonings like season all or something. decent recipe in theory though kudos on the idea.
great add a bunch of green olives to give it some caribbean flair!! and maybe a packet of sazon

this is a great recipe but this is best made the day before and chilled to let the alcohol soak into the fruit and add some cherries they were always my favorite in this.!!! excellent recipe
this is the best way yo make catfish when its all done just squeeze some lemon juice on them and it just can't get any better :) i just use a little more cornmeal but its all in prefrence
this is awsome!! i remember my dad always made it this way. and would make the house smell great. might add extra peaches. MMMmmmmm
my grandmother made these for us when we were kids for years they are great. also awsome on mini bagels.
this is an awsome recipe. you can use the sauce for many diffrent things. instead of chicken I add cooked frozen thawed shrimp. Secret to this sauce is add a bit of dried parsley. if it gets to thick add some more water to it you almost can't ruin it. Great over rice or vegatables. Was going to try it over some spaghetti squash.
this is awsome with cream soda
excellent. I added a dash of garlic powder. served with sour cream and my husband couldn't eat anymore. think for my next dinner guests ill serve as an appetizer.
