In am from a line of great homemade cooks who grew their own fresh vegetables. My mother,grandmothers, aunts and cousins still carry on many practices of canning and we also raised our own beef cattle.’x often doing the butchering ourselves. I married into a huge Italian family of cooks with similar traditions. The combinations of recipes I have collected reflect many homemade traditions of bringing family together. I really enjoy sharing meals with family and friends and those that just need a break.
