I began cooking as a new bride over 30 years ago, knowing only how to make spaghetti sauce! My husband put up with all my cooking attempts and now says he'd rather eat at home than go to any restaurant. We have two grown children living here in the south near us. I operated a child care center for over 16 years where my staff and myself prepared lunch daily for 30 children. The parents were always amazed at some of the foods their children would eat for me but not eat at home. I've always tried to make meals fun...our motto is family, food and fun!
