turned out great. I melted a slice of feta cheese on top, served with Tzatziki sauce 1 and topped with tomato and cucumbers in a homemade pita. My 11 month old and 2 year old even ate them.
Added cucumber. Next time I will use slightly less salt.
I was looking for a cracker recipe that was chewy enough for my 1 year old. These are perfect. I will probably play around with flavor a bit the next time I make them, but they are still good as is.
I like that the salt is not added. I then can adjust with the recipe I use the broth with. A hint I found in a cooking magazine once: tie all the ingredients in a cheese cloth. When done, just pull out the cloth and discard ingredients: no straining. Works great for me.
