Cheddar Biscuits

OMG! I have been looking for this recipe EVERYWHERE - even on the Red Lobster website! These biscuits are EXACTLY like theirs - or at least a VEERRRYYYY good imitation! And the consistency was not as dense as some have stated - it was perfect! I followed the recipe AS IS, and they came out PERFECT! I have found the recipe I will be using with alot of the dishes I make from now on :) Thanks SO MUCH for posting it!

McCormick® Gingerbread Men Cookies

I have NEVER made gingerbread cookies before, but you wouldn't guess that after making these cookies! This is a super easy recipe that I will use time and time again. I followed the recipe as is and the cookies came out perfect after 8 mins of bake time. I first made them on a Saturday, and on the following Sunday, I had to make ANOTHER batch because all the ones I'd made were gone! Thanks for posting! This will be my #1 recipe for gingerbread cookies!

Brown Sugar Banana Nut Bread I

This is the first time I've ever made banana bread and it won't be the last! I didn't have enough brown sugar, so I used white sugar to make up the difference, and it still came out great! I've never made banana bread before, but this recipe will be THE banana bread recipe I use from now on. I loved how moist and fluffy the inside was, and the "crunchy" top - this would also make a good muffin recipe as I don't like dense muffins or snacking breads. And my family LOVES it - the recipe was enough to fill 2 8x5 loaf pans, which is good because we devoured the first one in one sitting! Thanks for posting this recipe!

Caramel Popcorn

AWESOME recipe!!! This was my very first time making caramel popcorn, and I was a bit intimidated at first with the whole process, but it turned out perfect! So perfect that I had to hide the batch while it cooled so that my family wouldn't eat it all!! I followed the recipe as is and baked for only 45 mins (as recommended by a previous review) and the caramel coating came out nice and crispy! I will try using only 1/2 a cup of butter next time. For the popcorn, I used 1 1/2 cups uncooked popcorn, airpopped. My kitchen smelled like a day at the fair - SO YUMMY!!! Thanks so much for posting this recipe!

Kelsey's Favorite Stuffed Green Peppers

I've been thinking of making stuffed peppers for awhile now, but never really got around to doing it until I found this recipe. It was super easy and the meat mixture was not bland at all (according to a previous review)! I added mushrooms to give the meat mixture more texture and added breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese to the mozzarella. I also put a layer of tomato sauce in the baking pan so the peppers wouldn't stick or burn. It went excellent with a salad and some garlic bread :) Maybe the next time I make this, I'll add a Mexican spin to it, using salsa instead of tomato sauce and Spanish rice instead of plain rice...Thanks for posting!

Nutty Brown Rice Salad

I've been looking for a rice salad recipe for the longest time! I used to work in a coffee house that sold a sunflower-seed-longrain rice salad that I loved, and this recipe is almost EXACTLY the same! I followed the recipe as stated and added shredded carrot and sliced green onion to it. I didn't have any beans, but the salad was just fine without them - although I will try adding chick peas in the future. I used Kraft Golden Italian dressing, and like other reviewers, added MUCH more than the recommended 2 tbsp...I added over 5 tbsp ;P But it's really up to the individual - if you like more dressing, then this recipe allows you to add more without ruining the combined flavours :) My family like this recipe so much that I had to make ANOTHER batch the next day! And my hubby suggested I make this salad for upcoming family functions :) I will continue making this salad, especially during the summer when I like eating lighter :P

Carrot Cake

This is the first time I've ever made a carrot cake from scratch, and I WAS a bit leary about how much oil went into the recipe...however, the cake came out amazing :) I took some of the tips other reviewers had mentioned (using half brown and half white sugar, adding more cinnamon and nutmeg) and the cake was delicious, even without the frosting! I was a bit concerned about how dark the cake became during baking, but I figured it was because I used brown sugar. This recipe is a keeper! No more Duncan Hines cakes for us :)

Campbell's Kitchen Tuna Noodle Casserole

My son LOVES Tuna Helper, but I'm always weary of the sodium content in it. I've seen recipes for Tuna Casserole, but was always nervous to try it...Thank God I finally DID! This recipe was super easy and tasted even BETTER than Tuna Helper! What I love is that you can alter it to suit your family's taste AND I can control how much salt goes in it :) Like other reviewers, I added an extra can of mushroom soup - we like it extra creamy - and added some cheddar, as well as pepper and onion powder, to the mixture. Suffice it to say, I will not be buying Tuna Helper any more. I'll be making it from scratch! :P

Super easy recipe :) My family and I LOVE chocolate and peanut butter together, and these were soooooo yummy! All I had o hand were semi-sweet chocolate chips, and it tasted like DARK chocolate peanut butter cups :P Next time, I'll use milk chocolate chips. Either way, they were delicious!

Cream Puffs

I love these as an elegant dessert :P Recipe is easy and it only needs ingredients you may already have in your kitchen. Instead of a pudding filling, however, I prefer to "stuff" my puffs with vanilla ice cream and drizzle chocolate sauce over them - HEAVENLY!

Campbell's Kitchen Easy Pot Roast
Rating: Unrated
Lorie C. Harding's rating

A very simple recipe for something that tastes SOOOO good! I usually did my roasts in the oven, and they usually came out a bit dry so I was anxious to try this recipe. And I'm glad I did! The meat came out tender and juicy, and the gravy was delicious! I added the carrots in early (as per another review) and also added in potatoes. I have to say that this recipe was alot less labour intensive as my usual roasts, and I intend to make my roasts this way from now on! :)

A super easy dough! I used this for both Perogies and Ravioli, and they came out perfect! AND I'll be using them to make mini Pizza Pops to bake in the oven! ;P Thanks for posting this recipe!
