I love cooking, no matter if it's a main dish, appitizers, or desserts! I love hosting partys for the fact that I get to do the cooking! Two of my 3 children have joined the Military, so ther are only 3 of us at home now & it's a little hard trying to cook for 3. Being part Italian, I have learned from my mom that it doesn't matter if there are 3 people or 30, always make sure you have plenty of food!
