Wow! Really fantastic. I too doubled the shrimp and I cooked the veg and shrimp on Med not Med/Low. The first recipe I've tried off this site and I'm really impressed.
Excellent biscuits! I've used this recipe several times each time their better, at first I rolled too thin. My biscuit cutter must be bigger, I only get 6 cut out then kinda shape the rest into two more. Super good with "Bill's sausage gravy" or jam.
Both of my dogs loved it, but it gave my Great Dane heartburn. It smelled really bad, but that was likely just the homemade bone broth I used in place of chicken broth and it would be well worth the smell if my dog could digest it better. I would recommend checking with your vet before changing to homemade dog food, I plan to before I try again.
