My daughter's soccer team was really skeptical of these. What kind of cookie is made from pumpkin?!? But - they LOVED them!
My family loved these. They're awfully rich though. I could see serving these as cocktail fare, where everyone would just have one or two small meatballs.
I liked this a lot, but my kids wanted much more kielbasa in it. I also used frozen chopped kale which made it easier.
My husband and I really enjoyed this, the kids less so. It was really easy and quick (always a plus!). I used imitation lobster since I am allergic to shellfish and it turned out fine.

My husband wanted more chicken, I wanted more asparagus. I would make this again, but increase the amount of chicken and asparagus relative to the noodles.

The frosting was great. I hate grating carrots, even in a food processor. Not a bad cake, but not sure I'd make it again.
