Found this recipe today and tried it, since it has pretty basic ingredients that I already have. I usually like meatloaf, but it has never been anything I raved over until this. This is so easy to make and so good! I love that the sauce is on each bite when I cut it up and the sauce is delicious too. Sugar makes every meal better. I have this saved as a new favorite to make. I’m adding it to my rotating meals.
I didn’t think this would be as amazing as it was with sour cream in it. My super picky toddler loved this and it’s the most food he has eaten in one sitting and also for more than one meal. My husband, kids, and parents all loved it! It makes a lot so hopefully you like leftovers or are feeding a big family/group.
Love this recipe more than store bought.
