I served this punch at a Christmas party, and everyone loved it! A few people even asked me for the recipe. I made an ice ring with pinapple/cranberry juice and orange slices to keep it cold.

Even without the icing, these brownies are wonderful! Don't expect a typical fudgey center with a sugary crust, though. This is more like a delectable, moist, dense chocolate cake. You and your kids will love these! I even used whole wheat pastry flour and they came out perfect!

I have children who are allergic to eggs, so this recipe is a godsend this time of year! I made it as muffins, and they were so moist and yummy! I also used only whole wheat pastry flour, so other than the sugar these muffins are very healthy! You have to try them!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Very delicious! Because I have food allergies in my family, I had to substitute 1T flaxmeal+3T water for the egg - it worked great! I also only used whole wheat pastry flour. The texture of the cookies was soft and moist. They have a wonderful flavor and were quickly gobbled up by my children.

These are wonderful! They are not too sweet, so they can be served with chili/soup. The pumpkin makes them moist (and healthy). You've got to try these!

These are delicious! I have to 'vegan-ize' these cookies since I have a daughter allergic to eggs and dairy. For each egg, I use 1T flax meal mixed with 3T water, and I use canola oil instead of butter. They come out sooooo good! I'm sure they would be just as yummy as is, with the eggs and butter. These are so soft and the spices make them taste great! You have to try them!
