So yummy! It got rave reviews from my boyfriend, who has never had meatloaf. I followed what some other reviewers recommended and used 1/2c milk and 1/4c of brown sugar instead of the full measurements. I also put bread in the bottom of the pan to soak up the grease. So soo good! A new favourite!
So yummy! The kitchen smells great when you cook these. I made a few changes: I used 2.5 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice instead of the suggested spices, used a whole can of pumpkin, and used half brown sugar half white sugar. They are absolutely delicious - good luck keeping them for more than a day.
I love this recipe, I've made it a couple times now and I always double the rice in it, but leave everything exactly the same.
These are so good! It was my first time making shortbread so I was a bit worried. However, these are very easy to make and turned out perfect when I followed the recipe exactly.
My two favourite things.. chocolate and peanut butter. I used hershey's kisses with caramel in the center for half the batch and hershey's kisses with almonds in the center for the rest of the batch. I didn't use shortening, but used butter instead. I took them out of the oven when they just started to brown and they were perfect. Other than that, I kept everything the same. Very easy recipe and they look great when they are done baking.
This is a nice change from the ususal grapefruit for breakfast. It's so yummy and tastes just like a crisp! I have a very hot oven so when I broiled it, it burnt the top in no time so I tried just baking it at 350 and worked perfect.
This was a bit too lemony for my liking, but I'm sure I would have liked it if I would have used less lemon.
P.S. after reading other reviews, I put about 3/4 of the batter into the bread pan and made the rest into about 6 muffins. This way the bread cooked all the way through and didn't take too long.
This recipe is delicious! I too sauteed half the mushrooms in garlic and added more spices to the eggs and bread crumbs then added the mozza cheese to the last 10 minutes of baking. So yummy!! It got rave reviews
This was really easy to make and turned out awesome. This was my first ever homemade pizza, I didn't have a pizza pan so I put it on a baking sheet since the recipe calls for a "giant pizza crust". I followed the recipe to a tee, but next time I might add a few spices to it but it truly is awesome just the way it is. I paired it with Exquisite Pizza Sauce from this site.
For you peanut butter & chocolate lovers out there, these are the cookies for you! I followed the recipe exactly and the cookies turned out perfect, this is a very easy cookie to make. Make sure that you freeze the PBcups first. My first batch I made sure they were frozen and it worked great, but my second batch had been sitting at room temp for a little while and they started to melt right away, making the cookie not look as nice.
I read a few reviews before making this that said it tastes a lot like dark chocolate. I don't like dark chocolate much, so I used 1 cup milk chocolate chips, 2 cups semi-sweet chips, and 3 cups of white chocolate chips. However, this makes it really sweet so you may not need to use all the sweetened condensed milk.
