  • Brown ground beef on medium-high heat. Add the 2 cloves of garlic.

  • While ground beef is cooking, chop sausage into bite size pieces. Add to slow cooker.

  • Add corn, onion, red pepper, tomato soup, and tomato paste onto sausage and stir together.

  • Add ground beef to the slow cooker. Stir in the diced tomatoes, oregano, black pepper, salt, and chili powder.

  • Cook on low for 8 hours.

Tips

Chili is served great with shredded cheese and sour cream on top.
