A yummy beginner chili. Easy to make and you can tweak it to your own tastes.
Brown ground beef on medium-high heat. Add the 2 cloves of garlic.
While ground beef is cooking, chop sausage into bite size pieces. Add to slow cooker.
Add corn, onion, red pepper, tomato soup, and tomato paste onto sausage and stir together.
Add ground beef to the slow cooker. Stir in the diced tomatoes, oregano, black pepper, salt, and chili powder.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Chili is served great with shredded cheese and sour cream on top.
