Incredible recipe. The cake drinks in the hot butter sauce and tastes great! My dad has been raving about it since we had it and he doesn't like cranberries. Definately a keeper.
This was absolutely wonderful! My grocery store doesn't sell the dry packet of enchilada sauce so I used one can. The only other thing that I did differently was use flour tortillas since I'm not a big fan of the corn tortillas. It was delicious. Next time I think that I will serve it with lettuce, tomato and salsa to serve on top.
I made this last night as a trial for Christmas gifts. I thought it was excellent. My dad can't stop eating it. Instead of using the applesauce I used a full cup of oil because I didn't want any apple flavor. It was really moist. I took it out of the pans after ten minutes and the crust has a really nice crunch to it. Wonderful.
This was one of the best quick breads I've made. I added about one and a half times the amount of spices but noticed that the directions don't instruct you to add the cloves so be careful that you don't leave them out. I wrapped them and gave them as Christmas gifts with some crocks of flavored butter. Excellent flavor.
I made this for Christmas and absolutely loved it. I added 1/3c. brown sugar and it was perfect.
These were really good. I made them this morning and brought them into work when they were still hot. I took the advice of other reviewers and reduced the sugar to 1 1/2 c. I have a super sweet tooth and it was still plenty sweet. I also sprayed the muffin cups VERY well and then sprinkled some cinnamon sugar in the bottom. They slid right out of the cups. My UPS guy came in and ate four of them. Very, very good!
Very good. I like this because the ingredients are easy to have on hand. I used about 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder and it gave the dip great flavor. I made it for some unexpected guests and they LOVED it. I used salt bagels and onion bagels and cut the pieces smaller than quarters.
Very good. I substituted coffee for the water and it was excellent. I also added a little vanilla to the cream cheese mixture. I was taking them to a party so I drizzled them with a chocolate glaze just to dress them up. They looked great and tasted great too. It does make a lot of filling but I wouldn't cut that in half; I filled each half full with the chocolate mixture and used a heaping tablespoon of filling for each cupcake. I ended up with 19. The baking soda reacts to the vinegar so you really wouldn't want to omit it.
I made these for my nieces and nephews for christmas. It does seem like there is a little too much butter, but I don't think you could reduce it by much. I added a little extra rice crispies. The flavor is very good and different.
Good muffin. I added a little extra brown sugar (2T?) in the muffin itself because I tend to like a little sweeter muffin. It wasn't overly sweet. A very good morning treat.
This is a great recipe. I started to skip over it but read a few of the ratings and decided to make them. I am so glad I did. The marshmallows melt and the brownies get really gooey and rich. I tried a piece when they were still warm and it was out of this world.
