This is a good thing to make some burritos out of. i made this and some spanish rice and beans (and hot sauce) and froze a whole bunch. that is soo good. but my husband loved this as a side dish for our chicken quesadillas.

This is yummy! and my 3 yr old ate it up. i used just one small handheld pumpkin, it had just enough in it. i used fat free buttermilk and added 1/8 tsp. of ground cloves and ginger. i had to put it in 2 separate smaller pans and it was done in 15-20 minutes. very good texture. thanx!

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning

This was pretty good. not the best. i have one i grew up on with maple flavored sausage in it that is the best ever w/barbeque sauce. this one tastes close to one i had at the silver diner if you've heard of it. just add some salt to the mixture before cooking. i left the foil off. my husband liked it alot, he thinks its as good as my recipe. my son whose four would barely eat it. but he's picky just cause meatloaf looks wierd i think. it would be awesome if you could make some tasty gravy with it. i had to use ketchup cause thats all i had. i did the ketchup/brown sugar glase on top also that was suggested. mostly its a tiny bit bland but if you had a good sauce or gravy itd be really good. also i might try adding the whole ranch package next time or another spice.

Blackened Salmon Fillets

This was ok. it was a bit too buttery but the flavor is good. just didnt hit the spot or something. it might taste better on catfish. i personally prefer baked salmon or grilled- marinated with the cajun seasoning. my 4 yr old wouldnt eat it and my husband said it was "ok". it tastes better i think as cold leftovers in the fridge. it was good that way. maybe cause the butter was hard again.

Delicious Baked Chicken Kiev

This is mine but I had a few tips. If you add the rest of the cereal mixture with a little buttermilk/butter they are great to add to each bite of chicken. i call them "crunchies". i kinda guesstimated at the amounts of spices, you can figure out how much of what is best for you. i looove garlic and the sweetness of the cereal with it tastes sooo good. Since the honey sweetened flakes seem to be gone try frosted flakes!! It is very good! also I've made this with chicken tenders, melted the butter mixture and injected them instead of rolling around the frozen butter. faster and easier and just as good!

Butternut Soup

This was terrible. i halved the onion and it was still very overpowered by the onion. it was way to liquidy and the flavor wasnt great. plus it was a pain to cut the skin off the squash and puree it all. not worth it to me.
