2/3 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Ginger
1/4 Teaspoon Cloves
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/4 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
1 15oz. Can Pumpkin Pie Filling (or 2 Cups cooked or canned Sweet Potatoes or Winter Squash)
9" pie shell

Directions

Instructions Checklist

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425

In small bowl, blend sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, salt.
Step 3
In a blender, add milk, eggs, and sugar mixture. Blend on low speed until well mixed. While blending, spoon pumpkin into the blender. Increase blender speed as necessary to completely blend ingredients.
Step 4
Pour pumpkin into pie shell.
Step 5
Bake at 425 for 45 minutes or until center is set but not dry.
Step 6
Serve cooled.

Tips

Serve with clouds of whipped cream!
