Cocktails

Use cheap diet cola when making this drink. The sweetener makes the drink taste like it has alcohol in it, but it doesn't. Of course, you could always add some later! Delicious either way!

This is my interpretation of a virgin sunset. I also refer to this as a pineapple, orange, cherry cocktail. The grenadine will sink to bottom causing layering of orange and red, hence, 'sunset.' If you wanted to make this alcoholic, a shot of champagne is my favorite, but tequila and vodka are other good alternatives. Flavored schnapps may also be an interesting mix.

Can easily be made without the spirits - nothing beats it on a cold evening, the aroma smells great while simmering.

Peach schnapps, orange juice, and ice are all you need for this classic!
