These were amazing. My whole family gobbled them up! The only thing I did differently was instead of making the icing, I microwaved 1 cup of store-bought vanilla icing for 45 seconds to thin, and used it, mostly because I had a partial container in the fridge that I had to use up.
AWESOME!!!! The only thing I do differently is that I use flour tortillas. It tastes better that way and the corn just fall apart when I try to roll them... I get so many compliments on this recipe and EVERYONE asks for it! A standard in our rotation.
We love this! We leave out the chili powder so that the kids will eat it. I have to make a double batch whenever I make it, because my hubby will eat a pound of it himself! A+++
