Very good and easy to make. I should have used a hotter pepper or added more spice as well as liquid and cook a little longer to soften the lentils a bit more. I normally have everything for this recipe on hand so it could become a regular last minute meal.

I roasted my squash but probably should have roasted it a little bit longer. I didn't mash it up very much so there were chunks of squash in the risotto, which I like. I took the advice of others and didn't use as much liquid.
I made this for Thanksgiving. I didn't have garlic powder but just added some vegetable seasoning. These were great and easy to make! I used 2 tablespoons of brown sugar rather than 2 teaspoons.
this was a great recipe. I added cumin and more paprika. It didn't make enough rub to cover my chicken. I used chicken thigh instead of breast. I also added a splash of tequila after cooking for a few minutes then removed the chicken, added another splash of tequila and a little water (a cup of broth would have worked nicely too) and let it reduce a little and served it over rice. It was easy and tasty. I will make again.
This was very yummy! I just used regular sugar. I made it ahead of time and stuck it in the fridge for dessert. I had it with whipped cream instead of ice cream but was really wishing I'd done the ice cream. It was very good!
