This recipe didn't blend very well - we have brown specks throughout. My daughter checked the temperature with our new candy thermometer - but it just didn't ccok up as nicely as we expected. While it tastes good - we won't use this recipe again.
My family LOVED these. I used thinly sliced pork chops and I was a bit skeptical about the mayo...but my family asks every week for this for dinner! We went from a family who rarely had pork to them wanting this recipe all the time. Go figure!! Thank you so much for a great recipe!
I used homemade whipped cream and left out the pineapple and pudding and used more mandarin oranges..yummy yummy yummy in our tummies tummies tummies!!!! Thanks!
Very easy and quick dinner. I prepared it ahead of time and then we went for a motorcycle ride and when we came home, I popped it in the oven, and yummy! Thanks!
We used elbow pasta instead of rice and added chicken broth and diced chicken. Good slow-cooker recipe! We really enjoyed it! It was really good. We are definitely making this again.
Wow! If I had a bed and breakfast this would be a specialty! Hubby isn't too fond of blueberries so I added strawberry jam with a few blueberries. I may cut down on the suger in the sauce next time, as it is very sweet!! Very good recipe, my family loved it, and we will look forward to our next B&B morning in our own living room!! Thanks!
I followed the other reviews - I added applesauce instead of butter. A bit too dry and not enough banana flavor for us :(
