At 6'8, 320#, I love to eat... and, nothing is better than cooking a meal that I love to eat.
I've been cooking with regularity since I was 10 or so. I started with simple things like mac&cheese, carrot cake, and vegetables then moved into multi-pan recipes.
I love cooking things in the oven; I have a counter-top convection oven, a full size oven, and a warmer drawer. (Although, the warmer drawer has become home to the plates.)
I live alone (with my dog), and cooking for one is often boring. Thus, my co-workers often enjoy my leftovers. I've not had any complaints.
