Thank you! I've been looking for this recipe forever! I had the cookbook this was in, but it has been lost in moves or misplaced. I love the recipe and have missed it! I like to double or triple this recipe and put it in the crockpot to cook all day. Thanks for helping me find a long lost, loved recipe!

Very good, I added a couple handfuls of sliced mushrooms to the mixture. I also added the feta cheese and sour cream that others suggested. I'll make this again.

Mexican Lasagna with Noodles

Fantastic. Added one can of diced tomatos, taco mix and refried beans to browned meat and heated thru. Baked in two 8x8 inch pans and froze one for later as it makes a lot.

I used chocolate milk, as that was all I had. This turned out wonderful and so easy to make.

I loved this recipe. It would taste good with any fruit pie filling. To make it even easier, forget the cracker crumbs, and instead line the baking dish with whole graham crackers. The graham crackers will soften up while it's chilling in the refrigerator. This also lowers the fat and calories, as you don't use any butter!
