This recipe is amazing. I LOVED how it turned out. I did do a few alterations though. I didn't make the filling or the frosting, but used ganache instead. I also only used two cake pans, so the layers were a bit thicker. I had to bake them for about 20 minutes more, but it was worth it. This cake has amazing flavor and texture!
Excellent recipe! I let it cool while the cakes baked and cooled, and it spread like a dream. It makes for a beautiful finish and flavor!
Excellent! I tweaked the spices a bit, and used butter as another review suggested, and the chicken turned out so delicious and tender! It fell right off the bone! Very moist and flavorful! I now have a new roast chicken recipe!

EXCELLENT flavor! So fresh! Definitely not lacking in lime flavor. Firmed up really nicely. I actually expected it to be a bit less firm, but was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely make this again!
