this recipe is sooo easy and delicious! the mushrooms alone are to die for and the chicken has a simple but tasty flavor. i made a great impression with this dish! i served mine with couscous and it was great.

this dish is tasty and easy! i added more maple syrup though because i prefer my sauce a bit sweeter. i used dry rosemary because i didn't have fresh rosemary on hand and it was fine. i didn't have corn starch to thicken the sauce so i used flour instead. corn starch would have definitely been better but nonetheless a great easy dish that will impress your guests.

An easy, quick recipe with a great flavor! All the recipes are things I had on hand. Instead of grilling though, I baked it. A genereal rule of thumb for baking salmon is bake at 400 degrees and 10 minutes for every inch of thickness. I promise you will get perfection each time!! Next time, I will skip the salt though because the soy sauce and garlic powder is plenty salty. This marinade will also go great with chicken too I think.
great recipe but i felt like it was a little too cheesy for me. i used reduced fat mayo instead and my guests could not tell the difference.

Hmm... maybe I did something wrong but the worcestershire sauce is just too strong for me. the chicken ended up tasting way too tangy. :(
very good but the italian dressing is a little too tangy for me after awhile. the recipe is extremely simple though which is the great part.
YUM! Who needs beef now? Based on the reviews I read, I made a few tweaks to the recipe. I used a whole egg instead of just an egg white. I used Italian style bread crumbs (which has dried parseley in it) and also added a dash of soy sauce in it. And I did not mix the garlic directly into the mix. Instead, I pan fried the meat and sauteed the minced garlic before putting the meat in. I also put a lid over while cooking the meat so the steam would help. Put it at medium heat and the patties cooked in about 5-7 minutes. Also did a slight experiment with my 2nd half of the meat and mixed a little bit of feta cheese in it. It turned out very flavorful. I served it with whole wheat buns and it was great!
Super simple recipe that's delicious. I didn't make any additions from the recipe, but I eyeballed all the ingredients used. I'd definitely go easy on the butter and olive oil and add a little bit of water to let it steam. Otherwise the parmesan gives it a wonderful flavor.
i added lime juice and used canned corn instead. it still turned out very delicious with my fish tacos!
