These are the best Banana muffins ever! I did as others suggested and substituted oil for butter added a scant 1/2 tsp of cinnamon to the batter & they were great! Just as good or better the second day! It made 12 nice size muffins. Highly recommended!
I have made this many times, its wonderful & is our favorite salmon recipe! Its so flavorful & tender. I don't use the garlic salt, just add a little extra fresh garlic.
This is so delicious. I made it recently & the whole family enjoyed it. Will definitely make again!
