I love this meatloaf recipe and so easy to make too!! I read some of the other reviews and I dont feel the need to change a thing. For me, its perfect just the way it is...
I love this recipe. It was so easy and it tasted just like PF Changs.The only thing is, PF Changs makes theirs with chicken so I used ground chicken instead of beef. The recipe also didnt call for the crunchy things in theirs or the carrots. Next time I will ad those two ingredients, but otherwise it was still fab just the way it was!!
This one just didnt work out for me...I didnt care for the sauce.
Love this recipe but NO WAY do you need 2lbs frozen hashbrowns! I used a 1 lb bag of hashbrowns and about 3/4 of the sour cream/soup mixure. The cooking time was way off too. I cooked mine for 1hr and then an additional 15min with the potatoe chips. If its done right, this ones a keeper.
I would rate this a "pretty good". There were just so many flavors happening here. I ate it plain so perhaps bread would have balanced out the flavor a bit. It was good, but not great for me.

I really like this recipe, but it is really salty. First time I made it I used all of the seasoning mix, so I figured that was the problem. I made it lastnight and didnt use everything and it was still to salty. I really like it and can tell it will be excellent with less salt...Next time Im gonna reduce salt down to 1/2 tsp and see if that works.
WOW! What an amazing recipe! This reminded me of a cupcake I've had at an upscale cupcake shop (sprinkles). I served this with a butter cream frosting and everyone loved it. Thank you for sharing...
