This was tremendously easy, but doesn't fail to impress whomever I am cooking it for. I used a little less honey and used more parsley, but this is a no-fail dish.
Incredibly easy and it got raves. Didn't actually need the water and used pure Haitian vanilla instead of regular vanilla.
My boyfriend said this rivaled our local Greek restaurant's Baklava! Make sure to chop nuts very finely, but otherwise this is a pretty perfect recipe.
2 cups of Greek yogurt was way too much for my taste...I will use 1 cup in the future, but overall the taste was great! A wonderful summer dish that I served with my own North African Paella.
This recipe is perfect! Like others, I added the cream about 1/4 cup at a time to get the right balance for my taste. Otherwise, it's just like the one my mom makes!
I doubled the rice and added salt, but excluded the cheese because my boyfriend doesn't like cheese (!). It was even better the next day when I added Old Bay and cooked shrimp to it! A delicious and easy meal. My boyfriend said it was one of the best meals I've ever made...and he's incredibly picky!
