The Perfect Chocolate Martini
This turns out perfectly each time whether you are making a single martini or a large batch. I make them ahead (minus the milk) and store them in the freezer in the empty liquor bottles. They are ready to go in a flash and already super cold...just add the milk, shake and strain!!!
Crusted Dijon Salmon with Butter Cream Sauce
This salmon will melt in your mouth. My friends aren't crazy for salmon, but I cooked this for them once and they loved it. They've asked me to cook it twice since! This recipe works well with other fish as well.
