A great recipe. I thought, though that it was kind of much sugar with 2 cups, so I just added ½ cup white sugar and ½ cup brown sugar and it turned out great, I think they turned out to be sweet enough anyway. Very delicious. If you leave them in the oven for a couple of extra minutes the'll be more crispy, Shorter time in the oven = more chewy, it's up to you..
It's a great recipe, but I have to say one thing, I have been living in Sweden my whole life, but I have never heard about these cinnamon twists. But I guess that doesn't matter ;)
These were just (barely) OK. I usually like when muffins are dry, but these were just too dry. Even though I added more lemon, I didn't think they tasted much. I won't do these again, but maybe a simple change in the recipe will do it?
This is one of the best muffin recipes I've tried. I added one egg, and I think it improved the recipe, but I bet it works just fine with out too :)
This is probably the best chocolate cake I have ever eaten. The only thing is that it's almost too moist. I adde more flour, and had it in the oven for another 10 minutes, I don't know if it was because I halfed the recipe. 5 starts anyway, if someone can give me some advide about frostings/fillings to this cake..I would be glad to know.
