I cook for my family, my wife Kelly and my 2 girls Natalie and Olivia.....and Patrick!The guys are good with a little heat but the girls food cant be too spicy,too meaty or too much. That makes it hard when you like ribs, steak and lots of bbq. But I have come up with some great healthy recipes because of it. I now have a Big Green Egg Smoker/grill and love it. My BBQ Ribs just got kicked up another notch!

Steve's Fall Pear Sauce

Its fall and there's a lot of over ripe Pears around, so try this recipe! You will love it! It incredibly easy and you will wonder why you haven't made it before, once you taste it. Day old ugly ripe pears that you would never eat are great for this recipe.
