Mango Tango Burger

This is my second iteration of a mango burger was preparing for my girlfriends mango birthday party. She loves mango and cilantro but doesnt like ginger which is something I originally had in it. She also doesnt like a loose or wet burger so these are significantly more sturdy with less other vegetables (I took out yellow onions as well). I use the Costco Philippine dried Mangoes and the Naked Mango juice, but feel free to experiment with different kinds. I also use Corn Flake crumbs instead of bread crumbs.

I hate mayo, but I love hummus/tahini. A lot of dressings contain mayo, but this recipe combines tastes from different cultures, provides a healthy alternative and does not disappoint. People are always asking for the recipe and can make any salad into a meal. The tahini gives it a middle eastern feel and the lemon, garlic and ginger flavors really give it a kick! Easy to make, just needs a blender or a food processor.
