Turned out really nice aside from the lime. An entire lime is way too potent and I noticed that each bite taste like almost straight lime followed by a typical guac aftertaste. It's still good, but 1/4 to half a lime would have been much, much better off.
We really enjoyed it, but to be called GARLIC Chicken Fried Chicken the garlic needs to be more prominent. Next time I'll add some more garlic powder.
